I think you all now this “amazing” hit 
. Rihanna just bought from Dan Balan (ex Ozone) the rights for this song.
I think is kind of cool because it’s a top artist so in a way Romania is promoted.Enjoy!

Dear colleagues,
The Management-Team cordially invites you to this years’ Employee Appreciation Day . We are pleased that we are going to celebrate this event together with our colleagues for Munich and the Switzerland.
When? Friday, September 5, 2008 at 12.00 p.m.
Where? On the area of UL in Neu-Isenburg
The event will be finished in the afternoon that everybody from outside the Frankfurt area has the opportunity to travel home. Everything else will be a surprise for the time being.
As many of you will be in Neu-Isenburg on that day, Heiko Leitz (Compensation & Benefits Manager EULA) will again provide an overview on the UL Germany Pension Plan, explain the pension statement and answer any question you may have. Everybody who is interested in that, please join the presentation
at 11.00 a.m. in the meeting room on the 6th floor.

Cam asa suna un mail care l-am primit cu mai bine de o luna inainte. Uitasem de aceasta sarbatoare pana cand Mireia (boss from Barcelona) ma intrebase daca m-am pregatit. Am ramas foarte surprins de intrebare si nu stiam ce se raspund. In incercarea ei comica de a-mi explica cam ce vrea sa insemne aceasta sarbatoare, mi-am adus aminte si de mail.
A picat foarte bine, mai ales ca 5 Septembrie a fost vineri. Zi de relax pentru fiecare persoana care lucreaza. Cred ca a fost inceputul perfect pentru week-end.
Toata firma a coborat in curtea cladirii. Un cort imens, cu muzica traditionala germana si cu fiecare sef de la mic la mare gata sa-si serveasca angajatii.
Poate e mai mult un razboi psihologic, dar sa fii servit de seful tau care iti da in fiecare zi cele mai dificile task-uri si te bati cu capul de pereti, cu adevarat e o priveliste minunata
). Pentru toate celelalte, exista Mastercard …
De la suc si bere (incep sa devin imun), la un porc intreg la gratar, pana la aperative frumos ornate si aperitive. Mai simplu cred ca spus, de toate pentru toti cei 140 de angajati.
Cu adevarat a fost zi placuta si relaxanta, de ar fi asa in fiecare zi tot ar fi o placere
.
M-am gandit in acelasi timp, cat de important e pentru angajati o astfel de zi. Chiar daca multi dintre ei nu constientizeaza importanta acestei zile, cred ca o toti o asteapta. E ziua in care tu esti mai presus ca seful. Poate e spus cu rautate, dar te simti bine cand te serveste
.
Meritele angajatului sunt apreciate si daca se mai acorda o diploma pentru excelenta, cred ca este reteta perfecta.
Chiar is curios daca in marile companii din Romania, se tine o zi ca aceasta. Ar fi frumos si motivant in acelasi timp.
